Another high intensity game in the FHL, probably a preview of what the playoffs are going to be like. Alex played well, Chet and Gates reunited to create chaos for the Marauders. Dan Middleton had his best game as a Thunderbolt, had plenty of chances and played great 2-way hockey. Welcome back to the league JC! He played well for not skating a lot. It reminded me of conversation I had with Rob Eastman back in the day. We were at the draft and I asked Rob if he could play Defense, "no". I said ok then. The next year Rob dropped in the draft, we drafted Rob and put him on Defense anyway and he played great for us. So this year Hinkle goes down and I ask JC if he could play Defense and he said not really, so at the first game JC plays with us we tell him he's on Defense, and he played pretty well in the first game. So JC, you may be a defenseman now, Rob wasn't either lol. Up next the Fiesta!
