Aerostars Game Write Up:

I'm not sure what it is about playing on Tuesdays but we seem to struggle.  Last week was no different as we just lay down a stinker to the Bullitts.  This week (checks schedule....shit another Tuesday game)....against the Marauders.  

Rep consults a medium, a witch doctor, and the once world-renowned Miss Cleo.  Looking for some way to break the curse.

Marauders come out quick with much of the pressure in our zone early on.  We break through midway through the first on a nice little dangle by Chet to put us up 1-0.  We capitalize on a powerplay about 30 seconds later to go up 2-0 on a shot from the point by Seeley.  I think that may be our first PP goal of the season.  Marauders get one back late in the first with a goal from ACo but we win the period.  

2nd period we trade goals keeping our 1 goal lead.  3rd period neither team seems to beable to find the back of the net but there were certainly a lot of opportunities.  Marauders get the game tying goal with about 70 seconds on the clock and that's how the game ended.

It's not a win but it's not a loss either, although it kind of felt like it.  We'll take the point and move on.

Up next a rematch with the Mustangs before turkey day.
