Tough game for the Cobras. The Chiefs open the scoring early, we would go on to battle back and forth but eventually ended the period at 1-0. After a long 2nd period and a couple bad bounces we are down 5-0. Regardless of the score we showed some playoff grit and battled back in the third. After Blair and Matty get a couple quick tallies we would go on to sustain pressure and get some great chances. Unfortunately, it was not enough as the Superchiefs edge us 6-2.

SuperChiefs come off a bye week reinvigorated after suffering a loss to the Aerostars. We quickly get on the board when Dave "D-Mac" McLean tallies 1 of his 2 goals on the evening. We continue to build the lead with 4 more in the 2nd period from Tyson, Smith, Easton (sub), and McLean again. Cobras fight back in the 3rd and tack on 2 but Gorski ices the game with a much deserved goal after hitting the post multiple times. POG goes to D-Mac who moved up to forward for the first time this season and pots 2!
Good turn out up at Trina's where the margaritas weren't sipped, but gulped!
