Thunderbolts Game Write Up:

Thunderbolts advance to the finals after knocking out the Edsels! Great game by Alejandro in net! Our stars came to play, leading us to a 5-0 lead. But the Edsels had a few answers cutting the lead to 5-3. 2 late penalties by Erlandson and Ruben gave the Edsels a 6-3 opportunity to get the game closer, but the combo pf Chet, Ryan and Robson let to a short handed empty netter! On that shift Robson blocked 3 shots, Ryan blocked 2 shots and Chet blocked one shot and stole the puck denying any chance of a comeback. Ryan saved all his energy for the last shift where he cleared the puck and chased it down full ice, beating the Edsel defender and burying the empty netter! Great season by the Edsels! On to the finals against our nemesis, the Superchiefs!
