Only 3 games left, the Bullitts are trying to make some late season moves with some wins, and we face off against the first place team in the league.  And off we go.

The first period goes back and forth with good saves by each goalie.  Then, in the final minute, Lubig gets his first goal of the year with a beautiful deflected show from the point.  Now every player on our team has had at least one goal this season.  Congrats to Lubes!

The Marauders tie it up in the second, but 15 seconds later, Blair gets a great pass to free him up to the goalie, and he buries it.  And then another 15 seconds later, the Marauders tie it up again.  Lol.

Both teams go hard, with the Marauders having alot of offensive zone time, with us not being able to clear the zone.  We fight them off, however, and then Blair chases down a dumped puck behind the Marauders net, and found Aco who buried it to take the lead into the 3rd period.

The 3rd was an onslaught from the Marauders, but our defense played really well, keeping shooters to the outside, and clearing rebounds nicely.  

We get to the last minute of the game, still up by one.  And with 45 seconds left, Crisi gets the puck clear and skates it down the ice with nothing in front of him but an open, goalie-free net. 

He pushed it right.

Thankfully, we still hold them off for a crazy 45 seconds, and get the big W.

Next week we take on the Edsels.  Only 2 games left in regular season!  Let's go!!!
