The van has been out of control in 2024 as we skid toward the playoffs.  Flying vans needed a performance to regain some traction and send us on the right path.  This week we match up against the Edsels who have found their groove as of late.  This game had a real playoff feel as we play most of the first period to a stalemate until super sub ACo puts one in with a nice feed from Rob.  No goals scored in the 2nd with both teams having some good opportunities.  We are able to widen our lead in the 3rd when sub ACo looks like he's shot out of a cannon (no pun intended) off a draw in our zone and he out hustles the entire Edsels team and buries one on Cannon.  Edsels try to mount a comeback but we shut the door and get Marc his first shutout of the year.  

HUGE victory...think the whole team needed this one.  Defensively we have been letting too many goals in and this helps restore confidence. Two games left as we continue our road to the ship.  Mariners up next.
