Marauders Game Write Up:
Here are some stats for you:
- In the first 7 games the Edsels went 1-6
- Since that time, they have gone 5-0-3
The team has been on absolute tear since their slow start. Rosen has figured out how to dominate games and Cannon has remembered how to play in organized hockey games.
The Raud Squad has not been playing their best hockey coming out of the long break and we knew we would have our hands full with this team. Luckily for us, Pearson got the game time right this week so we knew we would be off to a better start.
Donaldson gets the opening goal off a defensive breakdown from the Raud rep to put the Edsels up early. The Raud rep tries to redeem himself by putting in the next two to give the lead to the good guys. Pearson would add a third goal for Raud Squad to put the boys up 3-1 to end the first.
The game really tightened up after the first and would go scoreless until part way through the third, where Pearson would score three more and Timmy added one for good measure. It was our most complete game since the break with strong contributions from everyone.

- POG goes to Pearson for the impressive scoring performance.
- Huge thanks to Curtis and Dennis for subbing. Both guys played great and made impactful plays.
- Caldwell was stellar and kept the Edsels at bay when they were applying plenty of pressure.
