Fresh off a loss in our first week back the Broncos were looking to start fast...and fast we did indeed start. Broncos came out flying and threw in 7, first period goals. We took our foot off the gas a little bit, but we ended with an 11-4 win against the heavily subbed Diesels. Zach made it up for the game with some good news, he will be out most likely 6 weeks due to his ligament tear in his ankle. No surgery required so that was a relief! Shout out to Brad coming in to sub in for Zach, it is a tough situation where he doesn't know anyone on the Broncos but he came in and drank some beers with the boys so he fit right in with the FHL! Big games out of rookie Nico with 5 apples and our FHL martian, Albert with 5 points (2G 3A)! Rocco, Gret, and Jc got into the mix with 4pts each and Danny just keeps dishing the puck with 3 more apples! Shout out to Rocco's sweetie as she made another game and Rocco never stops trying to impress when she makes it to games! A few Broncos made it up to the bar and hung with some Marauders and a couple Diesels. On to next week as we take on the Mavericks.
