The winless streak for the Raud Squad was starting to eat away at the boys in the locker room. We wanted this one bad, but the Galaxies were in no mood to just hand it over. The Galaxies managed to sneak one past Caldwell early in the first with a little help from some goaltender interference. Sale played a phenomenal game and shut us down for the first two periods.
In the third the Rauder boys were able to finally break through the Sale wall. Rep shortened up the bench and made some adjustments. A give and go between Jack "of all trades" and Spazzy gave us a tie ball game. Shortly after, Spazzy fed the rep for a one-timer where the tradesman was able to slam home his second of the game. For good measure, the rep was able to get one around Sale off a pass from Pearson. Big win for the boys who wanted it bad.
