Mavericks keep their winning streak alive!

Russ plays another stellar game & the 2nd line starts putting up some points.  Easton finds the back of the net twice - with and without DeMars.

Mavs head into their first Friday night game of the season later this week.

It seems the Bullitts have a pattern.  Go down by multiple goals, fight our way back to tie it, then lose it in the end.  And as you can probably tell, that pattern has now amounted to many wins.  And this was no exception.

The first period was some great back and forth action.  Both goalies made some great saves, and we go into the first intermission tied up.

The second period belongs to the Mavericks, with them scoring 2 goals, and us scoring a big old zero.

But we get some life into us in the 3rd!  Aco scores a beauty of a shot, and 30 seconds later Adams gets a dirty goal down low on a rebound.  

With a little over 3 minutes left, Bradybaugh gives a nice feed to Easton to take the lead back.  They get an empty netter with 12 seconds left, and cap off our disappointment.  Bah.  

Thanks to Chris Vincent and Gret for subbing.  Demars gets the POG again for a couple of really nice breakaway saves to keep us in the game.  

We get back at it next week against the Galaxies.
